Prices

Our prices are per apartment and day, excluding local tax (€ 2.30 per person per day from the age of 15) and final cleaning of € 50 to € 65 per apartment.

A contribution for the LungauCard will be added from 05/27/2023 to 10/31/2023 of € 2.83 per day/person from the age of 6 years.

It is possible to provide an extra bed in almost all apartments, for which € 15 per day will be charged. Additional bed in a double room from €18/day (incl. breakfast)

Of course, we also offer our guests in the holiday apartments a bread delivery service or a hearty breakfast in our cozy farmhouse parlour. The surcharge for breakfast is €16/day for adults, €8/day for children aged 4-10 and €10/day for children aged 10-14

Reservations and bookings are valid with a deposit of € 200.00 by bank transfer free of charge per apartment.

In order to protect yourself in the event of illness, we would particularly like to recommend the Hotelstorno Plus or Premium from "Europäische Reiseversicherung".

The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply!

up to 3 months before arrival: no fees

3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the travel price

1 month to 1 week before arrival: 80% of the travel price

In the last week: 90% of the travel price

We may also point out that the 14-day right of withdrawal according to §18 Para.1 Z10 FAAG does not exist.
